Shuttle System grease cartridges. Filling with DIN grease cartridges or with loose grease is NOT
possible.
If used as intended and in accordance with the instructions, we are liable under the statutory
warranty. The invoice from your dealer with the date of purchase must be enclosed with
warranty claims.
3 Assembly and delivery
The structure, including the individual components, is depicted on page 3. The pump operates
on the principle of a single trigger. A controlled release of grease is thereby possible.
The scope of delivery is shown in the order confirmation.

Set up and operation

- Only use 400g Lube Shuttle System
grease cartridges.
- Before opening the grease gun, disconnect
the air connector on the grip of the
grease gun first.
- Only then unscrew grease gun container.
- Open grease cartridge and push the grease
forwards using the sequence piston of the
cartridge until it is flush with the threaded
opening.
- Tightly screw the cartridge in the
head of the device with the screw thread.
- Push grease gun barrel over the cartridge
and tightly screw in place.
- The grease gun is now operational.
- Connect air pressure to the device and operate
the trigger lever until grease emerges from the nozzle.
- If the max. allowable air connection pressure
of 8 bar is exceeded, it is possible that grease will
escape from the nozzle.

Maintenance and care:

Maintenance, inspection and repair work must only be performed by qualified personnel.
The air connection is to be removed before any repair or maintenance work and after each use,
furthermore grease pressure on the delivery hose is to be relieved by pressing the trigger lever
on the grease gun.
Regularly check the pressure-bearing components (high pressure hose) for any damage or
wear. Defective parts must be replaced immediately with genuine parts.
