Fault
No pressure / too low pressure
Insufficint or No foam creating.
No spray sanitising.

Insufficient or No water supply.
Is the filter if any clogged.
Rinsing nozzle not installed.
No supply of dilute products.
Product not suitable.
Insufficient or No air supply.
Air pressure in mixing chamber too
high.
Defect non-return valve for air.
Incorrect nozzle.
Non-return valve blocked
Injektor /mixing chamber blocked
No supply of dilute products.

Remedy
Open water supply valve
(See 5.1 - Closing valve).
Clean the filter.
Place rinsing nozzle.
Consult directions for use of dos-
ing unit.
Choose suitable product.
Provide sufficient air supply.
Adjust air pressure setting.
Replace non-return valve for air.
Place foam nozzle 50/200.
Clean or replace non-return valve.
Clean nozzle
