SYMPTOM
Auger housing
height/rolling does

If the snow depth is less than 5 cm (2 in) deep, shift to a faster speed for more efficient snow
throwing.

Tell your authorized Honda snowblower dealer about the number of blinks of the drive
control warning indicator (orange).

Auger control switch has
been operated frequently.
Electric system is
abnormal or faulty.

Battery is dead.
Fuse is blown out.
Bulb in the headlight is
out.
REMEDY
Wait for a while and operate the
switch again (see page 46).
Check the drive control warning
indicator (orange) for the
number of blinks (see page 95
and 96). Consult with your
authorized Honda dealer.
REMEDY
Internal protection circuit is
armed when the auger power
height adjusting part is
overheated by frequent
application of the auger control
switch. Wait for a while and
operate the switch again.
Consult an authorized Honda
dealer.
Check and adjust the deflection
of the track (see page 78).
Charge or replace the battery
(see page 83 and 89).
Replace the fuse (see page 86).
Consult with an authorized
Honda dealer.
