Not powering on
Charge your headset using the USB
cable. Make sure your headset is off
before attempting to turn it on.
Not charging
Make sure the USB power source is
switched on. The LED indicator is red
while charging and white when fully
charged.
Not pairing
Move the devices closer to each
other and away from any interference
or obstruction. Make sure the headset
is not already connected to a different
sound source. Disable, then enable
the Bluetooth® communication on the
sound source.
No sound
Make sure the headset is on and
connected. Make sure the sound source
is playing.

Move the devices closer to each other and
away from any interference or obstruction.
Reseting your headset
If problems remain, try reseting your headset
by pressing all three buttons (On/Off, Plus,
and Minus) at the same time.

• Set your sound source to low volume
before using the headset.
• Do not use these headphones when oper-
ating a motor vehicle, a bicycle, machinery or
where your inability to hear outside sounds
may present a danger to you or others.
• Using this headset limits your ability
to hear noises around you, regardless of
listening volume. Please use caution when
using this headset.
• Do not drop or sit on the headset or allow
it to be immersed in water.
