MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:

1. Demonteer de achterlichtunits. Demonteer de bumper inclusief de
stalen stootbalk van het voertuig. De stootbalk wordt niet meer
gebruikt. Verplaats indien aanwezig de bedrading. Zie figuur 1.
2. Plaats de steunen A en B en bevestig deze op de punten C, monteer
het geheel los-vast.
3. Monteer de dwarsbalk D tussen de steunen A en B op de punten E,
monteer het geheel handvast.
4. Monteer de Brink Connector inclusief wegklapbare stekkerplaat met
strip. Let op dat de bouten door de beide bevestigingsgaten van de
Brink connector gaan.
5. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig de schets vast.
6. Plaats de twee PE schuimblokken als afdichting in de chassisbalken.
7. Zaag overeenkomstig figuur 2 het aangegeven deel uit.
Zaag het aangegeven deel uit de bumper met behulp van de sjabloon.
(sjabloon op buitenzijde van bumper plaatsen).
8. Herplaats het onder punt 1 verwijderde, exclusief de stalen stootbalk.

1. Remove the rear-light units. Remove the bumper and the steel buffer
beam from the vehicle. The buffer beam will no longer be needed. If
applicable, move the wiring. See figure 1.
2. Position the supports A and B and attach them at points C, then fit the
whole thing without fully tightening.
3. Fit the cross beam D between supports A and B at points E and fit the
whole thing finger-tight.
4. Fit the Brink Connector including the foldaway socket plate and strip
Make sure that the bolts pass through both of the mounting holes on
the Brink connector.
5. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the drawing.
