Important!
When using the equipment, a few safety precautions
must be observed to avoid injuries and damage.
Please read the complete operating instructions and
safety regulations with due care. Keep this manual in
a safe place, so that the information is available at all
times. If you give the equipment to any other person,
hand over these operating instructions and safety
regulations as well. We cannot accept any liability for
damage or accidents which arise due to a failure to
follow these instructions and the safety instructions.
1. Safety regulations
CAUTION!
Read all safety regulations and instructions.
Any errors made in following the safety regulations
and instructions may result in an electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury.
Keep all safety regulations and instructions in a
safe place for future use.
After use, switch off the compressed air and
empty the hose, making it easier to roll the hose
up.
The equipment must only be operated in an
ambient temperature of +5°C to +40°C. The
hose must not be exposed to direct sunlight, as
otherwise this can result in damage to the hose.
Do not expose the equipment to rain. Never use
the equipment in damp or wet locations.
After use, the hose of the hose reel must be
disconnected from the compressor.
Protect the hose from heat, oil and sharp edges.
If the hose reel is not required, the hose should
always be rolled up!

3. Proper use
The hose reel is suitable for use in enlarging the
radius within which your compressor can work.
The machine is to be used only for its prescribed
purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of
misuse. The user / operator and not the
manufacturer will be liable for any damage or injuries
of any kind caused as a result of this.
Please note that our equipment has not been
designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.
4. Assembly (Fig. 2)
The hose reel can be attached to a wall or ceiling
using either the suspension eye (5) or the angle
mount (4).
5. Starting up
5.1 Connections

Hose (1) to the connection on the compressor
-
Hose (2) to the connection on the compressed air
tool
5.2 Rolling out
Pull out the hose (2) to the desired length from the
hose reel (3). The lock on the length of hose is
automatically activated if you let go of the hose (2)
and a grating sound is heard.
5.3 Rolling up
The lock can be released by a short pull on the hose
(2). Then feed the hose (2) evenly back into the hose
reel.
Important! The lock produces a grating sound when
the hose is being unrolled or rolled up.
