Before using for the first
time
Before the new accessory can be used, it
must be fully unpacked, cleaned and checked.
Caution!
Never operate a damaged accessory!
■ Remove all accessories from the pack
aging and dispose of all packing materials.
■ Check that all the parts are present and
examine them for obvious damage.

Colour coding
The drives of the base unit each have
d ifferent colours (black, yellow and red). This
colour coding system can also be found on
the accessories. Only use this accessory on
the black main drive.
Symbols and markings
The various inserts all include a little recess.
This must be aligned with the pin on the
housing during assembly.
Preparation
Depending on the insert fitted, the base
attachment can be used for the following
a pplications:
Meat mincer
For chopping up raw or cooked food. Select
the appropriate perforated disc depending
on the type and consistency of the food to be
processed. X "Tips" see page 13
Kebbe maker
For making dough or minced meat pockets.
Sausage filler
For filling artificial and natural casings with
sausage meat. For producing meat rolls.

Whirl maker
For shaping biscuit dough or shortcrust
pastry. X "Tips" see page 13
Preparation for foot
The foot is used for various models of the
base unit. The right height must be selected
depending on the model.

1. To adjust the height, hold down the
button and slide the parts closer together
or further apart. When doing so, make
sure that the button clicks into place
audibly.
