Breaker key lock installation:
1. Turn the breaker off and discharge the closing
springs by depressing the OFF and ON buttons in
the sequence OFF-ON-OFF.
Verify that the breaker OFF-ON indicator shows OFF
on a green background and that the charge indicator
shows DISCHARGE on a white background.
If installing in a draw-out type breaker remove
breaker from adaptor (cassette) before continuing.
2. Loosen the 6 screws on front cover (fascia) using a
Pozidrive screw driver as shown in Fig.1.
Rotate the charging handle down and slide the front
cover over the handle to remove the front cover as
shown in Fig. 2.
3. If the locking mechanism device has been supplied
factory fitted , remove the bracket and cover from the
EntelliGuard device. If supplied as a field mountable
kit please proceed to step 4.
4. Take the Lock cover and carefully break out the
openings needed to place the required number of
locks.
5. Fix each lock to the lock bracket using the
fixation nuts as indicated in Fig. A.
6. Using the nut supplied with each lock fix the
activating CAM . Ensure that the CAM is positioned
as indicated in Fig. B.
7. Using the supplied screws, fit the cover onto the
mechanism.
8. If the locking mechanism device has been
supplied factory fitted . Remount the mechanism
with its cover into the breaker, making sure that the
operating lever moves freely and interacts correctly
with the breaker mechanism. (Fig. D)

Installation des verrous sur le disjoncteur

1. Ouvrir le disjoncteur et décharger les ressorts du
mécanisme en appyant sur les boutons de
commande dans l'ordre suivant : OFF-ON-OFF.
Vérifier que les voyants indiquent "OFF" sur fond
vert et « Ressorts déchargés » sur fond blanc.
Si l'installation doit se faire sur une version
débrochable, retirer la partie mobile de la partie fixe
avant de continuer.
2. Dévisser les 6 vis à l'aide d'un tournevis Pozidrive
comme indiqué sur les Fig 1.
Abaisser le levier d'armement et faire glisser la face
avant par-dessus le levier pour le retirer, comme
indiqué dans la Fig. 2.
3. Si le mécanisme de verrouillage a été monté en
usine, enlever la bride et le capot de l'appareil
EntelliGuard. Si le mécanisme est un kit à monter
sur site, passer à l'étape 4.
4. Prendre le capot du mécanisme et dégager avec
précaution les ouvertures nécessaires pour y placer
le nombre de verrous souhaité.
5. Fixer chaque verrou au mécanisme de
verrouillage à l'aide des écrous de fixation, comme
indiqué sur la Fig. A.
6. Utiliser l'écrou fourni avec chaque verrou pour
fixer la came d'activation. Vérifier que la came est
positionnée comme indiqué sur le Fig. B.
7. À l'aide des vis fournies, ajuster le capot sur le
mécanisme.
8. Si le mécanisme de verrouillage a été livré monté
en usine, remonter le mécanisme avec son capot
dans le disjoncteur, en vérifiant que le levier bouge
sans entrave et interagit correctement avec le
mécanisme du disjoncteur (Fig. D)

Installatie van de
Schakelaarvergrendeling:
1. Schakel de schakelaar uit door op de UIT en AAN
knoppen te drukken in de volgorde UIT-AAN-UIT, en
zorg ervoor dat de veer ontspannen is.
Controleer op de voorzijde van de schakelaar dat de
status indicator UIT aangeeft ( groene achtergrond
) en dat de veerspanindicator DISCHARGE
weergeeft op een witte achtergrond
Bij installatie op een uitrijdbare uitvoering zorg
ervoor dat het beweegbare gedeelte volledig is
uitgereden.
2. Draai de 6 schroeven los mbv een
kruisschroevendraaier van de afdekkap ( fascia )
zoals getoond in fig. 1.B Haal de voorspanhendel
naar beneden zodat de afdekkap eenvoudig
verwijderd kan worden.zie fig.1.
3. Indien het vergrendelingsmechanisme
voorgemonteerd is, verwijder de beugel en cover
van het EntelliGuard toestel. Indien geleverd als ter
plaatse monteerbare kit, ga verder met stap 4.
4. Plaats elk slot in de daarvoor vrijgemaakte
opening
5. klem deze vast met de daarvoor bestemde
klemring( fig. A )
6. De kam zoals aangegeven op figuur B dient in
een zelfde positie geplaatst worden als aangetoond
op de foto van figuur B.
7. Gebruik de bijgeleverde schroeven voor het
monteren op het mechaniek
8. Indien het vergrendelingsmechanisme
voorgemonteerd is, herplaats het mechaniek met
de afdekking in de breaker en controleer of de kam
op een juiste manier beweegt tov. het
breakermechanisme. ( zie fig. D )
