Intended use

The Wallbox eMH1 is intended for charging your electric vehicle according to IEC 61851-1 Mode 3, and is
available in a range of versions with different charging capacities, and featuring either a fixed charging
cable with Type 2 charging connector or an integrated Type 2 charging socket for connecting a range of
separately available charging cables.

Installation and operating information

This document describes the basics of operating your Wallbox eMH1.
Before you can use your Wallbox eMH1, it must be installed and taken into operation by a qualified
specialist electrical contractor: The installation is described in a separate installation manual, which is
available in digital format (PDF) from the www.ablmobility.de website (see also "Additional technical
information" on page 26).
