INSTALLATION
APPLIANCE HANDOVER
10. Appliance handover
» Explain the appliance function to users and familiarise them
with its operation.
» Make users aware of potential dangers.
» Hand these instructions to the user.
11. Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not become warm after commissioning, the
flow rate may be too low. If this is the case, check whether the
return fitting is open.
If you open the return fitting, please note that it does not
!
have a fixed end stop.
There is therefore a risk that the plug will come out,
which could cause water damage.

12. Cleaning, maintenance and repair
WARNING
!
Risk to life through electrocution!
Before any work on the appliance, disconnect all poles
from the power supply.
12.1 Cleaning the heat exchanger
To ensure that the full output of the appliance is maintained, the
heat exchanger must be cleaned if it becomes very dirty.
WARNING Injury
The heat exchanger has many sharp-edged fins. Wear
protective clothing, especially protective gloves, and be
careful when cleaning.
Use a soft brush. Never use acidic or alkaline cleaning agents.
12.2 Shutting off the throughput
If the heat exchanger needs to be replaced, you can shut off the
heating circuit throughput using the return fitting. Switch OFF the
power supply. At zero volts, the actuator valve closes the heating
flow.
