The device contains:
- One 6-point socket receiving a removable spring-cage type connector
This connector is used for the two main power supply entries and the
alarm contacts. Use the M4 screw on the left of the connector for Earth
grounding.
- Two RJ-45 connectors for LAN 1 & 2.
The two Ethernet ports are auto-sensing (10 Base-T or 100 Base-TX
Half/Full Duplex) and self-configuring to allow connection via either a
crossover or straight-through cable (MDI/MDIX Auto)
The lower LED of each LAN connector indicates the connection speed:
light off = 10 Mbps, yellow = 100 Mbps. The upper LED lights up in
green when the LINK is detected and blinks as the data are
transmitted on the network.
- Two antenna connectors type RP-SMA male
One « Main » connector for the main antenna, used
for Tx/Rx Wlan activity, and an « Aux » connector»
for the auxiliary antenna, used in diversity mode.
If you don't plug the auxiliary antenna, consider
plugging a RP-SMA type antenna terminator.
If your product includes the H4(400mW) option,
it is mandatory to use a second antenna on the
auxiliary antenna connector or a 50 Ohms RP-
SMA type antenna terminator.
The C-KEY is a storage device, used to save and restore the product
configuration. It should be removed and inserted only when the power supply
is OFF.
To remove the C-KEY, unscrew the two lateral screws, and then pull the
device upward, vertically. If needed, use a screwdriver as a lever, with the
help of the notches intended for this purpose at the base of the screw guides.
