PHILIPS ZOOM QUICKPRO TAKE-HOME
WHITENING VARNISH 4-DAY TREATMENT KIT
To be only sold to dental practitioners.
First application is to be done by the client under
the supervision of the dental professional. All other
applications are done by the client in the convenience
of their own home.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Philips Zoom QuickPro Take-Home Whitening Varnish kit is a
6% hydrogen peroxide (on the tooth) whitening varnish used
to whiten discolored natural teeth. The QuickPro take-home
kit is a 4-day kit with 8 applications (2 applications per day),
applied by the client in their home. After application and a
30-minute wear time, client removes the whitening varnish by
gently brushing or wiping it off.

PRIOR TO THE CLIENT APPLYING THIS PRODUCT
WARNINGS
• This product contains hydrogen peroxide.
• Avoid contact of the product with eyes as irritation or
serious damage to eyes may occur. Rinse with water
immediately if this occurs. If it comes in contact with skin, it
may cause slight irritation. Contact with clothing may result
in discoloration and/or damage.
• Harmful when swallowed. If nausea or vomiting occurs, notify
your dentist or medical professional right away.
• Avoid exposure of known hypersensitive teeth and teeth with
large pulps and cavities to the whitening varnish.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• The Philips Zoom QuickPro Take-Home Whitening Varnish kit
should not be used more than 4x per year.
• Flammable: Do not use near open ignition source.
• Do not freeze or expose the whitening varnish to extreme
heat.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Current research has not evaluated the possible effects of
whitening procedures on all client types. Philips recommends
the following whitening candidates consult their medical
doctor before use:
• Pregnant or lactating mothers
• Those currently treated for a serious illness, e.g. immune
compromised AIDS, etc.
• Not for use by clients with physical limitations preventing
them from applying layer 1 in 60 seconds or less.
• Not for use on persons under 18 years of age
FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS
• For advice, contact Poison Information Center or a doctor
immediately.
• If swallowed do not induce vomiting.
• If varnish gets into eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye
continuously with running water for at least 15 minutes.
• If clothing, skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated
clothing and flush skin or hair with running water.
POTENTIAL ADVERSE EFFECTS
Adverse effects that may be associated with the use of a
whitening product containing hydrogen peroxide include, but
are not limited to:
• Sensitivity: Clients more susceptible to sensitivity are those
with exposed root surfaces, defective restorations, exposed
dentin, oral tissue injury, periodontal disease, recession,
untreated caries, cracked teeth, abfractions, open cavities or
leaking filings.
