Baking Surfaces

Remove any food residues while they are still warm with a
damp cloth or paper towel.

Wash off the baking surfaces with a soft sponge and soapy
water; then wipe with clean water and dry thoroughly with
a soft cloth. After drying please apply a thin film of edible oil
to the surface.
Housing
Clean the housing after use with a slightly damp cloth.
Recipe for approx. 10 Portions
(7 x 7 Doughnuts)
260 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 130 g sugar, 1 packet of
vanilla sugar, 250 ml milk, 3 eggs, 5 tablespoons of oil, 1 pinch
of salt, 30 g icing sugar

Stir the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk,
eggs, oil and salt to form a smooth mixture.

Prepare the mixture as described and sprinkle the finished
doughnuts with icing sugar.
You can also add ground nuts, cocoa powder, grated chocolate
or chopped almonds to the mixture. If the mixture becomes too
solid when the above items are added you can also pour in a
little milk. The icing sugar can also be made into a glaze with
lemon or cherry juice before being coated on to the doughnuts.
