4 UPDATING THE FIRMWARE ON THE M-BT REMOTE CONTROL
The M-BT remote control
in the MULTIUSER PRO
system can be updated
using the JMARemotesPro
app. These updates can
be started by the user
from the menu option or
automatically whenever
a newer version than
the one installed on the
remote control is detected
on the JMA server during
the linking process.

If this process is started
by the user, the remote
control must be set to
update mode by holding
buttons 2 and 4 on the
M-BT remote control until
the red LED starts to flash.
The LED will then turn
green. You will also need
the .ZIP file with the new
firmware version provided
by the Customer Service
Department.
If a firmware update
notification is received
and accepted during
the linking process,
the remote control will
automatically switch to
update mode and the
firmware will download
automatically.
With the remote control
in update mode and the
firmware downloaded,
follow the steps below:
