4.2 Function

The bus coupler may only be operated as a slave in a DDL
system and can control a maximum of 32 valve coils.
DDL bus coupler, order number 1827030189:

The valve supply takes place via the DDL line.
DDL-E bus coupler, order number 1827030190:
W
Supply for the bus coupler and following participants
takes place via the POWER X10 connection. This allows
you to create an emergency stop circuit, for example.
The bus coupler's station address is set on switch S1.
The supply voltage for logic and valve control is
monitored. If the value falls below the set threshold, an
error signal is generated and the diagnostic information
is reported via LEDs. The software diagnosis provides
further details in the case of DDL communication errors.
