13. Begin installation by picking up the ironing station unit with
one hand grasping the bottom bar of the ironing board and
the other hand on the top back of the ironing station.
14. As you are placing the ironing station into its location, feed
the wire through the strain relief.
15. Level the unit cabinet and shim to fit.
16. Check to see whether the ironing station is level by placing a
level against the front face and top shelf of the unit.
17. Attach the unit to the studs with #12 x 1¹⁄₂ in. Phillips screws
through the sides of the unit.
On the interior of the right side of the unit, three screws will
be used, each placed approximately 1¹⁄₂ in. (3.8 cm) from the
back of the unit. The middle screw should be placed
approximately 18¹⁄₂ in. (47 cm) from the top. One should be
placed approximately 2 in. (5.1 cm) from the top of the unit.
On the interior of the left side of the unit, one screw will be
used to secure the unit and should be placed approximately
2 in. (5.1 cm) from the top and 1¹⁄₂ in. (3.8 cm) from the back
of the unit.
NOTE: Attach the optional door with the screws provided in
the door kit. See "Install Door."

NOTE: Decorative trim may be added to the cover opening in
the drywall.

Attaching twist-on connector
NOTE: Select the proper size twist-on connectors to connect
your household wiring.
1. Insert the wire ends into the twist-on connector. Do not pre-
twist the bare wire.
2. Twist the connector.
3. Gently tug on the wires to be sure both are secured.
