Darum vor dem Anschluss von
Lampen oder dem Arbeiten an
den Lampen unbedingt den DPB-
40DMX vom 230-V-Netz trennen!
4 Sicherungshalter für die Absicherung der Dim-
mer-Ausgänge; eine durchgebrannte Sicherung
nur durch eine gleichen Typs ersetzen!
5 Anzeigen für die Dimmerausgänge: Sicherung

Operating Elements and Connections
1.1 Dimmer (fig. 1)

jack for connection to the 230 V
mains (see chapter 5.4)
2 DMX input: XLR, 3-pole
1 = ground, 2 = DMX-, 3 = DMX+
3 Sockets for the dimmer outputs
WARNING
Even if the output voltage is
reduced, a dangerous mains
voltage may be present at the
sockets. Therefore, prior to
connecting lamps or working at
the lamps, disconnect the DPB-
40DMX in any case from the
230 V mains!
4 Fuse holders for protecting the dimmer outputs;
only replace a blown fuse by one of the same
type!
5 Indications for the dimmer outputs: fuse defec-
tive
6 RJ45 connection jack for the infrared receiver of
the remote control
7 DMX output: XLR, 3-pole

1.2 Infrarot-Fernbedienung (Abb. 2)

Fernbedienung gedrückt wird. Leuchtet sie nicht,
sind vermutlich die Batterien der Fernbedienung
verbraucht und müssen ausgewechselt werden.

creased. To reset all adjustments, press this but-
ton and the button SIGNAL SELECT/

1.2 Infrared remote control (fig. 2)
20 Window for the IR transmitting diode
21 Indicating LED; lights up when a button on the
remote control is pressed. If it does not light up,
the batteries of the remote control are probably
exhausted and have to be replaced.

six operating modes
