10. TROUBLESHOOTING
When the engine will not start:
1. Is there enough fuel?
2. Is the fuel valve ON?
3. Is gasoline reaching the carburetor?
To check, move the fuel valve lever to the ON position and loosen
the carburetor drain screw by turning 1 to 2 turns counter clockwise.
If any fuel is spilled, make sure the area is dry before starting the
engine. Spilled fuel or fuel vapor may ignite.
