To adjust the injection volume, the system must be supplied with compressed air. To assess the function and the injection
volume, the solenoid valve Y4 (XS1, PIN2) must be open.

The injection quantity can be set using the anti-spatter fluid volume adjusting screw (2).
The 5/2 directional valve (1) specifies the injection period via the robot control system.
WARNING
Risk of crushing
Limbs can be drawn in and crushed by moving parts (reamer, clamping unit).
• Keep your hands away from moving parts.
WARNING
Damage to the eyes
When injecting the anti-spatter fluid, spray mist can form that can damage the eyes.
• Wear safety goggles.
• Only adjust the anti-spatter fluid by opening the solenoid valve Y4.
1 If necessary, connect the siphon hose to the anti-spatter fluid bottle (4).
2 Open Y4.
3 Use the adjusting screw (2) to adjust the quantity of anti-spatter fluid.
4 Close Y4.
