hot1
The temperature in the incineration chamber has exceeded the expected maximum temperature va-
lue during an ongoing programme. Acknowledge the message, let the toilet cool down and then use it
as normal. If the error appears again, find more information and report the fault at www.separett.com.
hot2
The temperature of the toilet's exhaust air is above the expected value during incineration.
Acknowledge the message and allow the toilet to cool down before any checks are performed.
• Check that the ash pan is in the correct position and that the handle is turned to the right.
(If the ash pan is incorrectly positioned, it can cause heat to spread and result in the outgoing air
having a higher temperature.)
• Check that the installation was performed correctly, and that air can flow unobstructed through the
pipes.
• Check that the lid of the incineration chamber opens and closes normally when pushing down the
flush handle. If the lid does not close properly, hot air can spread from the incineration chamber.
After checking / making any necessary adjustments you can use the toilet again. If the error message
appears again, find more information and report the fault at www.separett.com.
HEAt
The temperature increase in the incineration chamber is too slow.
• Check if the overheat protection has been tripped.
• Check that the ash pan is in the correct position and that the handle is turned to the right. If the
pan is defective or incorrectly positioned, heat can spread throughout the toilet and heating will be
slower.
FAn1
Make sure there is nothing stuck in the fan preventing it from rotating freely. You can see the fan if
you pull out the toilet and look through the ventilation spigot on the back of the toilet.

dur1
The incineration chamber has not reached the incineration phase within a certain time interval.
• Check that the ash pan is in the correct position and that the handle is turned to the right. If the pan
is defective or incorrectly positioned, heat can spread throughout the toilet and heating will occur
more slowly.
• Check that the overheat protection has not been triggered.
dur2
For safety reasons, there is a maximum time limit for incineration after the last press of the button.
Possibly, several consecutive visits have generated a very long incineration period.
• Allow the toilet to cool down and then check if everything in the ash pan has been incinerated. If
necessary, start a programme to incinerate any remaining material. Then use the toilet normally.
