Temperature control

For maximum safety and optimum functionality, there are three different gauges that monitor tem-
perature.
• The ventilation temperature measures the temperature of the airflow generated by the fan.
• A thermal coupling inside the incineration chamber monitors the heat and measures the tempera-
ture against a set value.
• The temperature inside the toilet is controlled by mechanical overheat protection that cuts off
the heating element if the temperature is too high. The overheat protection can be reset on the back
of the toilet.
Resetting overheat protection
1. Unscrew the black plastic cover on the back of the toilet.
2. Press the white button
3. Start the toilet.

Lid to the incineration chamber

When you press the flush handle, the lid to the incineration chamber opens and the bag
falls into the ash pan. When the flush handle returns to its starting position, the lid closes and keeps
the heat inside the incineration chamber.
