The installation and usage of CINDI® Basic must be carried out in
accordance to the instructions in order to ensure desired incine-
ration, function and for the warranty to be valid.
Installation
There are specific rules governing different criteria for indoor and outdoor installation respectively.
The toilet must be connected to a grounded 230V outlet. If not connected to earth, the toilet is not
allowed to be used.
The toilet must be installed in accordance with local laws for electrical installation and must be
done by a person with the right authority.
Follow the CINDI® Basic installation manual carefully.
Usage
CINDI Basic must be used correctly for it to function trouble-free.
- Always use Separetts disposable bag for incineration toilet at each visit.
- Only urine, solid waste and toilet paper may be incinerated.
- An incineration program should be started immediately after each visit.
- Turn off the power switch and unplug the toilet during thunderstorm.
Follow the instructions for toilet visits carefully.
Message-codes
If the LED-light around the incineration button is not lit, a message code is displayed on the toilet
display. Read more in the section Message-codes.
Service
Remember to unplug the toilet before you perform any maintenance on the toilet. For good func-
tion over time, CINDI® Basic should be cleaned and maintained according to the directives shown
in the toilets display. Read more in the section Cleaning & Maintenance.
